  • The perfect yoga poses to pair with the aroma of Anchor oil blend are Seated Meditation, Seated Twist, and Bhu Mudra (one hand on the heart and the other on the earth).
  • Ideal yoga poses to pair with the aroma of Align essential oil blend are Warrior II, Triangle, and Gate.
  • The following yoga poses are best for Arise essential oil blend: Standing Arms High, Standing Side Stretch, and Half Moon.

Directions for Use:

Aromatic Use: Apply several drops of the doTERRA Yoga Collection products to diffusing jewelry, natural dolomite, or lava diffusing rocks.

Topical Use: Apply one to two drops of an essential oil blend from the doTERRA Yoga Collection to the desired area. See additional precautions below.

Cautions:

Possible skin sensitivity. Keep out of reach of children. If you’re pregnant, nursing, or under a doctor’s care, consult your physician. Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears, and sensitive areas.

When using Arise and Align oil blends, avoid sunlight and UV rays for at least 12 hours after applying.
